Ultrafil® is indicated for the acute or chronic treatment of otitis externa associated with the presence of yeasts, fungi (Microsporum sp., Candida sp., Trichophyton sp., Epidermophyton sp., Malassezia pachydermatis) and bacteria susceptible to Gentamicin (E. coli, Pseudomonas sp., Proteus sp., Klebsiella sp., Staphylococcus sp., Streptococcus sp.), which may be associated with the presence of inflammation or pruritus.

Wash and then clean the external ear canal with an otic cleaning solution; remove all foreign material, check the integrity of the tympanic membrane and instill 3 to 5 drops of Ultrafil® daily into the ear canal for 7 to 14 days.
